The objective of the consultancy was to apply and validate a toolbox for the identification of community based tourism projects for the English Caribbean. To this end, meetings were organized with Toshaos (chiefs) from different regions of Guyana and visits were made to some communities, to identify their tourist attractions and the gap to be covered so that communities are prepared to offer tourist services and benefit from the income generated by tourism
