The objective of the consultancy was to develop a study of the instruments and policies for technological linkage between the productive sector and the scientific and technical system available in the province of Córdoba; to propose strategies and tools to strengthen this linkage; and thus increase the participation rate of innovative companies in the productive fabric of the province. Workshops were held with specialists from universities, with the Minister of Science and Technology, with public sector officials, with research centers and with entrepreneurs from innovative firms.
