Program for the Survival and Competitiveness of Family Businesses in the Central Region of Argentina

The objective of the consultancy was to carry out the Final Evaluation of the Program for the Survival and Competitiveness of Family Businesses in the Central Region of Argentina, which was part of the MIF’s cluster of Family Business projects.
This Program worked with family businesses in the provinces of Córdoba, Entre Ríos and Santa Fe, with the aim of implementing family protocol tools and governance structures in the region’s family SMEs.
