Preparation of the Project Completion Report (PCR) of the Paraguay National Tourism Program

The objective of the consultancy was to collaborate with the Bank’s team to develop the Project Completion Report (PCR) of the National Tourism Program (PRONATUR) of Paraguay, executed by the National Secretariat of Tourism and financed by the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB). The preparation of the PCR involved a cost-benefit analysis of the Program and reporting on its main achievements, lessons learned and recommendations for IDB headquarters in Washington DC.

The objective of the Program is to increase the contribution of the tourism sector to national socio-economic development. The purpose is to increase tourism income and employment in the two areas of intervention in a sustainable manner.
