Poverty reduction through regional integration of local capacities for integrated business development in the poorest areas of Honduras, El Salvador, Guatemala, Nicaragua and Costa Rica

The objective of the consultancy was to carry out the Mid-term Evaluation of the “Entrelazos” Project, executed by World Vision and financed by the IDB. The project’s objectives were to contribute to poverty reduction through the generation of income opportunities in Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, Nicaragua and Costa Rica. The purpose of the project was to strengthen entrepreneurial capacities in populations below the poverty line using the Hand-in-Hand Model and the experience of World Vision in Central America.
