The purpose of the consultancy was to carry out the Final Evaluation of the project “Institutionalization of non-carbon benefits in national strategies for mitigation and adaptation to climate change” was carried out in Bolivia and Panama. This initiative aimed to institutionalize local non-carbon benefits (NCBs) in national strategies for adaptation and mitigation to climate change in forests. The action takes the Ecosystem Approach (EA) of the Convention on Biological Diversity and the Ecosystem-based Adaptation (EbA) approach as its strategic framework. This project is part of the Forests, Biodiversity and Ecosystems Sector (FBE) of the EUROCLIMA+ program.
