The objective of the consultancy was to elaborate the baseline of the Innovative Technology Platform for Foreign Trade Project, executed by the Cluster Cordoba Technology, to review the indicators of the Logical Framework, to propose a monitoring and measurement plan for the management of the project, and to elaborate the necessary documents for the collection of information for the intermediate and final evaluations.
The Project, which was part of the ICT Cluster of the MIF, worked with IT companies to implement a model based on the PTI COMEX platform to support the associative management and facilitate the internationalization and foreign trade processes of CCT companies and other Productive Agglomerates (PA) of ICT companies in two countries of the Region.
