The objective of the consultancy was to prepare the final line of the Economic Development with a Territorial Approach in the Southwestern Zone of El Salvador Project (ATN/ME-10928-ES and ATN/RC-10937-ES), and make a comparison between the results of the baseline and the final line, as input for the final evaluation.
This project was formulated to raise the level of competitiveness of MSEs in the aquaculture and aquaculture-related tourism sector in the southwestern region of El Salvador by improving the technical, entrepreneurial, innovative and associative skills of the enterprises and strengthening the institutional support framework for the region.
