The objective of the consultancy was to develop the Final Evaluation of the Project Development of Governance and Management Systems in Family-Owned Companies in Peru (ATN/ME-10782-PE), executed by the Lima Chamber of Commerce with IDB/MIF financing. The evaluation was carried out taking into account indicators of continuous relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, impact and sustainability. This project was designed to help improve the survival and development of small and medium-size Peruvian family businesses. It is expected that with the development and implementation of a corporate governance model, family businesses will improve their competitiveness and have better conditions to sustain themselves over time.
