The objective of the consultancy was to work with the Business Process Industry Association of Jamaica (BPIAJ) to develop a Cluster Competitiveness Improvement Plan (CCIP) to apply for Compete Caribbean resources to strengthen the BPIAJ through the creation of an incubator for new firms and to enable current members to expand their capacity to work on major projects. The project was approved by the Compete Caribbean Evaluation Panel in October 2013
