The objectives of the consultancy were to coordinate, plan and execute the actions required for the design, development and implementation of the Financial Sustainability Plan of the Santo Domingo Tourism Cluster, including the development of experiential tourism products, linked to the improvements made by the Tourism Promotion Program of the Colonial City, financed by the IDB. Within the framework of the consultancy, new experiential products were developed, which will show the tourist attractions of the colonial city of Santo Domingo in a different way.
