The objective of the consultancy was to carry out the final evaluation of the project “Consolidation of a Social Innovation Laboratory Model: KOGA Impact Lab”, executed by KOGA Impact Lab, and financed by BID Lab.
The project’s impact objective is to increase the provision by the private sector of basic products and services aimed at improving the quality of life of poor people and communities in Paraguay. In terms of results, it is intended to support the consolidation of the KOGA model of social entrepreneurship laboratory, with the ultimate goal of meeting the training needs and support of social enterprises in Paraguay. In order to do this, we worked with actors of the public and private ecosystem in the joint creation and development of economic and scalable solutions that address the social challenges of Paraguay.
