The purpose of the consultancy was to build capacities in public and private institutions in the following Argentine provinces: Jujuy, Misiones, Río Negro and Santa Fe, to replicate the European model of Multilevel Governance in Argentina. Work was carried out for 8 (eight) months in each province to elaborate three territorial development projects in a participatory manner. The project was coordinated from Europe by the Italian consulting firm ISMERI.
