The purpose of the consultancy was to carry out the Final Evaluation of the project “Articulating global agendas from the local level: ecosystem-based adaptation as a catalyst for municipal actions to achieve global goals”. The overall objective of the project was to develop a municipal planning model for Mexico and Brazil, which guides the incorporation of the EbA approach as a catalyst for local actions to achieve national and global goals. This project is part of the Forests, Biodiversity and Ecosystems (FBE) Sector of the EUROCLIMA+ program.
